Welcome to Wild & Beach

By booking a tour or safari with Wild & Beach Company, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully as these set forth the rights and obligations between Wild & Beach Company and our clients.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Reservation Process
A reservation is confirmed once we receive a deposit, along with the necessary personal details required for booking. Our team will provide a confirmation once all requirements are met.

1.2 Deposit Requirements
To confirm a booking, a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required. Full payment is due 30 days before the start of the tour.

1.3 Payment Methods
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any other method specified by Wild & Beach Company. Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

2.1 Client Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds for cancellations are as follows:

  • 30+ days before the tour: 70% refund of the total cost.
  • 15-29 days before the tour: 50% refund of the total cost.
  • 0-14 days before the tour: No refund.

2.2 Company Cancellation
Wild & Beach Company reserves the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, weather conditions, natural disasters, or political instability. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.

2.3 Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days, less any applicable transaction fees.

3. Amendments to Booking

3.1 Changes by the Client
Requests for changes must be made in writing. Wild & Beach Company will do its best to accommodate changes, though additional fees may apply.

3.2 Changes by the Company
We reserve the right to make minor changes to the itinerary in cases of unexpected events, transportation delays, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Pricing and Inclusions/Exclusions

4.1 Tour Prices
Prices are quoted in USD and are based on current costs. Wild & Beach Company reserves the right to adjust prices before final booking confirmation due to changes in service costs or other external factors.

4.2 Inclusions and Exclusions
All inclusions and exclusions are specified in the tour itinerary and vary based on the package. It is the client’s responsibility to review these details to understand what is included.

5. Travel Requirements and Health

5.1 Visas and Travel Documents
All travelers are responsible for obtaining necessary visas and travel documents. Wild & Beach Company is not responsible for issues related to incomplete or incorrect documents.

5.2 Health and Fitness Requirements
Clients must be in good health and prepared to participate in physical activities, as some tours require moderate fitness levels. Health recommendations for vaccinations or medications should be obtained from a medical professional.

5.3 Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellations, and personal liability is mandatory. Wild & Beach Company is not responsible for any injuries or losses incurred during the trip.

6. Liability and Responsibilities

6.1 Limitations of Liability
Wild & Beach Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, delays, cancellations, or alterations caused by circumstances beyond our control. This includes natural disasters, weather conditions, political instability, or travel restrictions.

6.2 Responsibility for Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. It is the responsibility of each traveler to safeguard their belongings during the trip.

6.3 Client Conduct
Wild & Beach Company reserves the right to terminate services to any client who engages in illegal or inappropriate behavior, disrupts the tour experience, or endangers the safety of others. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

7. Special Requests and Requirements

7.1 Dietary and Health Requirements
Clients with specific dietary or health requirements should notify Wild & Beach Company at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee all preferences will be met, particularly in remote areas.

7.2 Requests for Accommodations
Accommodation requests (single rooms, special needs) should be communicated at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply based on availability.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1 Data Collection
Wild & Beach Company collects personal information necessary for booking and providing services. Personal information will be protected and only shared with third parties as necessary to fulfill tour arrangements.

8.2 Use of Personal Information
We may use personal data to provide information on future promotions and services. Clients may opt out of receiving promotional communications.

9. Photography and Marketing

9.1 Use of Photos and Videos
Wild & Beach Company reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during the tour for marketing purposes, unless a client requests otherwise in writing prior to the tour’s start.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Tanzanian law, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Tanzanian courts.

10.2 Dispute Resolution
Should any dispute arise, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation. If this fails, formal proceedings will be pursued under Tanzanian jurisdiction.

Wild & Beach Company reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically.
